Product details
1. The main component of this equipment is a screw whose bottom diameter gradually increases while the pitch gradually decreases along the direction of the slag outlet.
2. When the material is propelled by the screw, the shrinking volume of the screw cavity creates a pressing effect on the material. The rotation direction of the screw shaft, viewed from the feed hopper towards the slag trough, is clockwise.
3. Raw materials are added to the feed hopper and pressed under the propulsion of the screw. The pressed juice flows through a filter screen into the juice collector at the bottom.
4. Waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the pressure-regulating conical section. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure regulating head axially.
