Application
The fully automatic tilting basket cooker consists of an automatically turning basket and a jacketed pot. The equipment uses hydraulic thrust to achieve automatic basket turning. After the material is braised or blanched, the product is simply turned out of the basket, and the broth will remain in the pot. This processing method eliminates the need to repeatedly pour the broth in and out, allowing the broth to be reused.
