Fruit and Vegetable Sorting Conveyor

1. This equipment is available in single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer conveyor sorting tables, all equipped with workbenches featuring cutting boards. Standard configurations include four, six, and eight workstations.
2. The single-layer conveyor sorting table uses a conveyor belt to transport materials. Workers manually remove waste or defective parts and place them in the waste inlet. Qualified products proceed to the next processing step via the conveyor belt. The conveyor speed is adjustable.
3. The double-layer conveyor sorting table allows for sorting on the upper layer and waste disposal on the lower layer, offering more convenient and efficient waste handling compared to the single-layer sorting table.
4. The triple-layer conveyor sorting table transports raw materials on the upper layer, sorting and conveying on the middle layer, and waste disposal on the lower layer. This equipment integrates raw material conveying, sorting and cutting, good product conveying, waste product conveying, and waste collection functions. It boasts a high degree of automation and significantly reduces labor costs.
